Each session begins with grounding practices and an opportunity to set personal intentions.

Participants are then guided through a carefully facilitated breathwork journey within a supportive group environment. Gentle music, guidance, and intentional pacing help create a safe container for exploration and release.

The experience concludes with integration, reflection, and space to reconnect before returning to daily life.

Group Transformational Breathwork

These trauma-informed group breathwork sessions are designed to support emotional wellbeing, nervous system balance, embodiment, and collective healing.

While every participant has their own unique experience, the shared energy of the group often fosters deeper connection, compassion, and a reminder that you are not alone in your journey.

No prior breathwork experience is necessary. Beginners are warmly welcomed.

What to Prepare

Please bring:

  • A blanket for comfort
